Frequently asked questions

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

What happens if I exceed my limits?

API calls that exceed your limits will fail until your usage resets or you upgrade.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro and Team plans.

Can my team share one Pro plan?

Yes — if you're only using API keys. A single Pro subscription can generate multiple API keys, and your team can use them across internal tools, CI jobs, or shared development environments. All usage is billed to the same Pro account and follows the Pro plan limits.

However, only the account owner can access the dashboard. Usage charts and limits apply to the owner's account. Project notes, encrypted storage, and collaborator features still belong to the owner's account.

Do my collaborators automatically inherit my Pro features?

No. Collaborators added to shared projects do not inherit your subscription plan. They keep their own dashboard limits, but can still work inside projects you share with them. API access is separate — collaborators only inherit Pro benefits if they use your API keys.

Can I issue multiple API keys for different services or teammates?

Yes. You can create unlimited API keys on any plan. All keys are tied to your account and share the same limits and billing. This is useful for multiple teammates, CI/CD workflows, staging vs production keys, and microservices needing isolated credentials.

Is usage pooled across API keys?

Yes. All API calls made by any of your keys count toward your plan's usage limits.

If I upgrade to Pro, do my old keys become Pro keys?

Yes. Plan upgrades apply instantly to all existing and future API keys.
